WHAT IS AMBO FIT?
AmBo Fit is a product of Ambo Training Martial Arts, being a complex process of emotional and motor action, with the objective of increasing tolerance to exercise to expand and develop intellectual abilities – cognitive, socio-affective, coordination and techniques and conditionals.
AmBo Fit is suitable for anyone who wants to promote their health by improving their performance.
Many people think that to start the AmBo Fit program, they need to have a high physical condition. This way of thinking is wrong.
Think, even the super-athlete, started out being weak or unfit. How did he become a super-athlete? Exact. He began to train, to achieve the excellent form he possesses. It does not matter if you already practice sports or just sit on the couch. All that is needed is motivation and openness to learning new movements, being willing to exercise to its limits. If you have these characteristics then you will succeed.
AmBo Fit can be compared to functional fitness training, at least in some of the Fit modules, but we’ll talk about this later.
But what are functional motions?
Purely and simply are natural movements that we find in our daily lives. For example, a squat is simply the act of getting up from a chair, and the deadlift may be compared to the movement of lifting the shopping bag. Functional movements are always multi-articular movements, that is, there are always multiple joints and muscles to be stimulated simultaneously, in contrast to machine training in the gym, where individual muscles are trained in isolation together with once again sitting – as if you did not do this every day, several times a day …
AmBo Fit as already mentioned is divided into several modules. These modules are as follows:
- Module 1: AMBO Fit Basic: Functional training function without the use of training devices and equipment.
- Module 2: AMBO Fit Woman: Fitness training specifically for the individual needs of women.
- Module 3: Ambo Fit Junior: Exercises specifically for young people.
- Module 4: AMBO Fit Extrem: Functional training with devices such as: Kettlebells, Bulgarian bags, Snake instructor, TRX, Stroop, …..
- Module 5: AMBO Fit Competition: Specific exercises to prepare athletes for competitive events of various sports.
- Module 6: AMBO Fit Senior: Senior fitness training for the needs of older age groups.
The division into different modules allows for individual training taking into account the needs of the participants, with well defined priorities and objectives such as the development of coordination, agility and endurance in Ambo Fit Junior or exceeding individual limits, increased strength and anaerobic resistance of Ambo Fit Extreme.
In all modules the following capacities are trained:
Strength: Maximum Strength, Rapid Strength, Explosive Strength
Agility and Flexibility
Resistance: aerobic and anaerobic
Velocity
Our instructors and trainers have extensive experience in various modern fitness training camps. They are experienced teachers, martial artists and instructors.
Unlike many other fitness systems, Ambo Fit is flexible, adapting itself technically to the needs and motivations of the individual practitioner.
